Kawartha Autumn Studio Tour 2026: Artist Hub Application

Ends on

The Kawartha Autumn Studio Tour (KAST) offers the public a chance to view art in the working spaces of artists, while artists get the opportunity to share their practice, connect with potential supporters, and promote their work. The two-day Kawartha Autumn Studio Tour is self-guided, and admission is free. A supporting exhibition is mounted at the AGP to preview the outstanding quality, spirit, and variety of artists on the Studio Tour each year.

We understand that for many reasons hosting the public in your studio is not always possible. Now in its 3rd year, the Artist Hub program offers equitable and accessible opportunities for artists with the goal of reducing barriers for participation in KAST. As a result, it also creates additional access points for visitors to see and experience the range of artistic offerings in our community and build connections with more artists as well.

Artists living in Peterborough County in areas outside of the studio tour boundaries (i.e., WEST from Peterborough County Road 10, and EAST to Peterborough County Road 40; North from Buckhorn/Curve Lake/Stoney Lake, and SOUTH to Rice Lake/Peterborough County Road 2), or artists without adequate studio spaces for hosting the public are encouraged to apply to the Artist Hub.

Any artists who would like to be considered for the Kawartha Autumn Studio Tour at their own studio should complete the 2026 Kawartha Autumn Studio Tour Application.

Application deadline for the Artist Hub is February 1, 2026 @11:59pm

Please note:

  • We do not accept hard-copy or emailed submissions.
  • All decisions are final.
  • Submission of an application does not ensure acceptance to the tour.
  • Artists will be notified of results within 6 weeks of the application deadline.
