Volunteer with us!

Are you interested in volunteering as part of our Art Education Team?

We have exciting volunteer opportunities for youth (aged 14 - 25) to join our Youth Volunteer Team.

If you are looking to try working in education and the arts, then become a Youth Volunteer! You’ll gain leadership experience in a creative and fun environment, make new friends and some art, too. Most importantly, you’ll be supporting the arts and arts education in our community. AGP Youth Volunteers will learn to work in a team and have an opportunity to support professional artists in a creative space, assisting with Children's Art Programs.

General Requirements:

In addition to the following application, each applicant will be required to attend an interview as well as mandatory orientation and training with gallery staff prior to commencing volunteer service.

If you are 18 or older: Upon acceptance, each volunteer will be asked to provide a Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check. We will provide you a letter to help you obtain this record check.

Please Note: We receive a high number of applications and we have a limited number of volunteer placement opportunities. Because of this, only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.

If you are a post-secondary or high school student looking for placement hours, do not fill out this application. Please contact AGP Education Programming Coordinator, Andrew Ihamaki, directly.

We use Submittable to accept and review our submissions.
